At Denim Coffee, we strive for perfection in every roast; however, due to the perishable nature of coffee beans, we cannot accept returns on opened food items. If you are unsatisfied with your order or received incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a resolution.

For non-perishable items like brewers or apparel, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the unused items in their original packaging.
